How to play the Minnesota Twins roster timeline game

Minnesota Twins players fill the deck, and you sort them by the year each one joined the franchise. One player opens the timeline with his year in view. Each new card shows a name and a position such as first baseman or right fielder, and you choose where he fits. Pick the right spot and the year shows. A wrong call still drops him into his true spot and takes one of three lives.

The Twins started out as the original Washington Senators, and the early cards here come from those Washington teams, long before the move to Minnesota. The deck spreads fairly evenly across both cities. First basemen and right fielders show up often. Players who made the move with the team are the hardest to place, since their year comes from Washington, not the Twin Cities.
