Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Timeline Guesser (the "Service"), owned and operated by Tastier Adventures ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Using the Service
Timeline Guesser is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
2. Accounts
You can play without an account. Signing in with Google lets your progress follow you across devices and gives you a public profile page showing your handle, colour, and scores. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must keep your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or remove an account that abuses the Service.
3. Player-created content
The Service lets you build and share custom decks. You are responsible for the content you create, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We may hide or remove any deck at our discretion, and we may do so without notice. By submitting a deck you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its curated decks are owned by Tastier Adventures or its licensors. Card facts are drawn from public reference sources; names and trademarks referenced in decks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the subjects of the game.
5. Third-party links and advertising
The Service contains links to third-party sites (including affiliate links) and may display advertising. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that card values are error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations. Play is for fun, not reference.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tastier Adventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
