How the Colorado Rockies history timeline works

Rockies baseball, from the expansion award onward, is laid out here in milestones with a short description under each title, and you're putting them in order by the year they happened. One card is already on the timeline at the start, its year in view. You place each new card in a gap before, between or after the others. If it fits, its year appears. If it doesn't, the card is moved to its proper place and one of your three lives goes with it.
