How to play the New Jersey Devils history timeline

The Devils deck is a run of franchise moments, each with a short line printed under the title, and you order them by year. You start with one card on the timeline and its year showing. Every card you draw after that goes into a gap among the others. A right answer reveals the year. A wrong answer still puts the card in its true place, but it uses up one of your three lives.
