How to play the Star Wars releases timeline game
Every card is a Star Wars film, series or special, and you sort them by the year each first appeared. Under each title is the director, creator or studio behind it. One release starts on the timeline with its year showing. Each new card goes into the gap you choose. A right call uncovers the year. A wrong one still moves the release to its true spot, but it costs one of three lives.
The saga's in-universe chronology is no help here and often a hindrance, since prequels arrived after the originals and series fill in gaps all over the story. The deck reaches beyond the big films to cartoons, TV specials and streaming shows, including some that casual fans may never have heard of. The animated entries are the ones that catch people out.
