How the Disney Channel Original Movies timeline works
Each card is a Disney Channel Original Movie, with its leading cast printed below the title, and you place them by the year each premiered on the channel. One movie begins on the timeline with its year in sight. Each new title has to go somewhere along that line. Slot it correctly and you see its premiere year; slot it wrongly and the movie slides to where it belongs as one of your three lives is lost.
The movies range from the early made-for-TV adventures to the musical boom and the franchise sequels that came after. The cast list is the clue to lean on, since the channel's stars tended to headline movies at the height of their sitcom fame. Actors who show up on more than one card help you link movies together, while animated and live-action takes on the same property can catch you out.
