How the Halloween films timeline game works

Each card is a film from the original Halloween series, with its director under the title, and you put them in order by year of release. A single film opens the timeline with its year shown. For every new card, choose the gap where you think it belongs among the films already placed. If you're right, the year appears. If you're wrong, the film still lands in its true spot, and one of your three lives is gone.

It's a tiny deck, so every miss hurts. The numbered titles give you part of the order, but the entries with subtitles and no numbers are the tricky ones.
