How to play The Slow Rush track order game
Each card is a song from The Slow Rush, Tame Impala's fourth album, and you're putting them back in running order. The game hands you one track to start, already numbered. You draw the rest one at a time and slot each into a gap. Correct calls show the track number. Wrong ones move the song to its correct spot anyway, taking one of your three lives.
Time is the theme here: aging, regret, memory and the way the years slip by, all set to glossy, dance-leaning psychedelia. Several titles play with words about time, which is tempting to read as a clue. Songs are long and smooth, and many share a tempo. The middle of the album is where most players stumble.
