Order the Spider-Man films and TV series by year of release. You place all 18 cards on one timeline, one at a time. You start with three lives, and ten right in a row wins a lost one back.
Every card is a Spider-Man film or TV series, and you're sorting them by year of release. The films show their director and star under the title; the series cards just say TV series. The game seeds the timeline with one card, year already up. Swing each new card into the gap you think it fits. Guess true and the year pops up. Get it wrong and the card still lands in its real position, but you lose one of three lives.
Several actors have worn the suit, each with his own run of films, so the star's name on the card is your best clue: sort out the eras first, then order the films within them. Cartoons and live-action TV fill the spaces around the movies. Watch for cards that share a title, where the studio or network in parentheses separates them. The animated films and the series are the cards people misplace most.
Want a longer game? On the deck tree you can tick this deck alongside any other one measured in release years and dates, and they shuffle into a single timeline together.
Here are 18 of the 18 cards you might be dealt. Their values stay hidden until you place them.
