How to play the MLB career RBI game

The cards are MLB's career RBI leaders, ranked by runs batted in. A retired player's card shows the years he played; a current player's shows that he's active and the team he's with. One hitter starts on the line with his RBI total showing. Drop each new card into the gap that fits his total. If you're right the number appears; if you're wrong he still lands in his correct place, and you lose one of three lives.

RBI follow the big bats, so expect plenty of power hitters, but run producers who hit in the heart of strong lineups for years climb higher than you might guess. The deck spans the whole history of the game, from its earliest days to players still in uniform. Longevity counts for a lot, so compare career spans when two names feel close, and remember active players are still adding to theirs.
