How to play the MLB career pitching wins game

MLB's winningest pitchers fill this deck, ranked by career victories. Each pitcher's card shows the years he played, or marks him as active with his current team. One pitcher sits on the line at the start with his win total showing. Place each new card where you think his total falls. Right answers reveal the number; wrong ones still move him to his true spot but cost one of your three lives.

Workloads have changed so much across baseball's history that the career span printed on each card is worth reading carefully. Durable starters with long careers fill the middle of the list. Active pitchers are the hard part, since their totals are still growing, and comparing them against pitchers from a very different game takes some thought.
