Order the chapters of Half-Life 2 the way you play them, from arriving in City 17 to the Citadel. You place all 14 cards in the right order, one at a time. You start with three lives, and ten right in a row wins a lost one back.
Each card is a chapter of Half-Life 2, and you're ordering them the way the game plays out, from Gordon's arrival to the Citadel. Only the chapter's name is printed. One chapter begins on the line with its place showing. Slot each new card into a gap. Get it right and its position is revealed; get it wrong and it still lands in its real spot but costs one of your three lives.
Along the way there are canals, a coastline, a haunted mining town, a prison and an uprising, and each gets a chapter or two. The vehicle sections stick in the memory, but the chapters around them blur. Quoted chapter names come from lines characters say, which can jog your memory. The city fighting is packed tightly, so those chapters are the hardest to split.
Here are 14 of the 14 cards you might be dealt. Their values stay hidden until you place them.
